And then find out sooner ways to enter the European market, understanding some new and old job and how to be confident with yourself, developing skills and competences.

The final countdown game for a NEW ERASMUS WORLD
Students wanted to create a better world and some job careers helped them in the task. The question was: how could a job make a better world?
They faced tricky questions and created also some creative slogans for a better world.
The swot day
Students made a role-play and had a real job interview with some entrepreneurs who helped them offering their experience and advice. Some other expert mentors guided the students to face the interviews and gave them all their competences in order to let them be more pro-active and self confident during the interview they had to face.
The video will explain to the students how to lead a successful interview and not to make some very common mistakes
Italian students helped the others to face the challenging task of the SWOT day. They had been worked all together for a month. During the period they understood how to work in a group and how to face the difficult task of facing a concrete job interview with real entrepreneurs; they learnt a lot about themselves: weaknesses and strengths of themselves and opportunities and threats of the real job world. In the end they knew how to use the SWOT technique, applying it to a potential job career.
